When you enter FBC Lawton - Ft Sill worship service/event, you will be entering an area where photography, video and audio recording may occur.
First Baptist Church of Lawton - Ft Sill reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by FBC, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/ video.
FBC Lawton - Ft Sill may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.
A person attending a FBC Lawton - Ft Sill event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the church office, in writing (501 SW B Ave. Lawton, Oklahoma, 73501)
By participating in a FBC Lawton - Ft Sill worship service or event, or by failing to notify FBC Lawton - Ft Sill in writing, of your desire to not have your photograph used by FBC Lawton - Ft Sill, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify FBC Lawton - Ft Sill from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Any person or organization not affiliated with FBC Lawton - Ft Sill may not use copy, alter, or modify FBC Lawton - Ft Sill photographs, graphics, videography or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from FBC Lawton - Ft Sill.
